Abstract: |
α-(BEDT-TTF)2I3 is a quasi-two-dimensional organic conductor, in which massless Dirac Fermions are realized. In this study, the energies for α-(BEDT-TTF)2I3 in the magnetic field (H) are numerically calculated by using a tight-binding model. Although the theoretical studies have been done by the linearlization near the Fermi energy of 3/4-filling, the study by the tight-binding model has never been done, as far as we know. We show that the magnetic field-dependence of the energies is changed from H to H2/3 when two Dirac points are merging. We also investigate the quantized integer Hall conductance.
